Big Poppa’s Shrimp & Brussels Sprouts



Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a bowl, combine a bottle of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce with a dollop of Gochujang Chili Paste.
  • Add a few dashes of Low Sodium Soy Sauce and mix well.

Griddle the Vegetables:

Cook the Shrimp:

  • Add the shrimp skewers to the griddle.
  • Pour some of your prepared sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
  • Flip the shrimp skewers to ensure even cooking on both sides.

Warm the Noodles:

  • Add the keto noodles to the griddle to warm them up.

Plate the Dish:

  • Once everything is cooked, remove the items from the griddle.
  • Start plating by laying a base of warm keto noodles.
  • Add a generous serving of the seasoned vegetable mix on top.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skewers and place them over the vegetables and noodles.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Drizzle any remaining sauce over the dish for added flavor.
