1. Eligibility
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Big Poppa Smokers are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
- The contest begins on June 1, 2024, and ends on June 9, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, post a picture of your ugly grill on Big Poppa Smoker's Facebook page within the contest period.
- Limit one (1) entry per person.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on June 10, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via Facebook message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected at random.
5. Prize
- The winner will receive a Big Poppa Smokers prize package consisting of rubs, sauces, and merchandise with a total retail value of $100.
- Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
6. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Big Poppa Smokers, which are final and binding.
- Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.
- By entering, entrants grant Big Poppa Smokers the right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Big Poppa Smokers is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or any other difficulties that may prevent an individual from participating or receiving a notification.
- By entering, participants release and hold harmless Big Poppa Smokers from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt of the prize.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
