I added this and Money to a TriTip. Smoked till 125 degrees IT and then reverse seared over direct heat till 140 degrees IT. It turned out Amazing.
I use this on so many things. If you really want a treat, lightly coat brussels sprouts halves with avocado oil in a ziplock then add this and shake. Roast in an air fryer until a bit crispy. Perfection!
