For me I'm on the fence between Competition and Sweet Money as far as my favorite seasonings. Well than the Heat Sweet money had to even cloudy the waters for me. All are great, depends on what taste/heat you want.

Gloves work great. Put cotton gloves on first then put rubber gloves on heat resistant for turning or pulling meat off the smoker.
