Big Poppa Smokers offers a convenient subscription service to ensure you never run out of your favorite BBQ essentials. Choose from 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month subscription plans and enjoy 5% off your recurring orders.

How It Works

Flexible Subscription Plans: Select from 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month subscription options based on your needs. Your favorite products will be automatically delivered to your doorstep on your chosen schedule.

Savings: Enjoy a 5% discount on all subscription orders.

Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 months before cancellation is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement: A 30-day notice is required for subscription cancellations. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to customerservice@bigpoppasmokers.com or through your online account.

Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions must remain active for at least 2 months before they are eligible for cancellation.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: By signing up for a subscription, customers authorize Big Poppa Smokers to charge their selected payment method for recurring orders. Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each subscription cycle.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the subscription will be paused until the payment is successfully processed. Customers will be notified of any failed payments and given 7 days to update their payment method.

Pricing Changes: Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to update product prices. Subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds: Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. For any issues with your order, please contact customerservice@bigpoppasmokers.com for resolution.

Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Product Availability: In rare cases where a subscribed product is out of stock, we will notify the customer and offer substitutions or pause the subscription until the product becomes available.

Account Management: Customers are responsible for ensuring their subscription details, including shipping address and payment information, are up-to-date.

Right to Terminate: Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion, including for misuse of the service or non-compliance with the policy.

Legal Agreement: By enrolling in a subscription with Big Poppa Smokers, you agree to the terms outlined above. These terms are subject to change at Big Poppa Smokers’ discretion, and customers will be notified of any updates via email or our website.
