Supplier & Dealer Agreement Disclaimer

By purchasing, distributing, or promoting products from Big Poppa Smokers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, product names, images, recipes, copy, and other creative materials related to Big Poppa Smokers are the exclusive property of Big Poppa Smokers. Dealers and food service partners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Big Poppa Smokers products.

2. Prohibited Use
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any Big Poppa Smokers intellectual property — including branding, packaging, product formulations, or marketing content — for your own products or for any competitive purpose without prior written consent.

3. Product Integrity
All Big Poppa Smokers products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be repackaged, relabeled, or altered in any way without prior written consent.  Misrepresentation of Big Poppa Smokers products, including the creation or sale of look-alike items, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Confidential Information
Any non-public information shared by Big Poppa Smokers, including pricing, marketing materials, and proprietary recipes or blends, is considered confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside of this partnership.

5. Enforcement
Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to immediately terminate any relationship found to be in violation of these terms and to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
