- Short Ribs
- Noodles
- Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning
- Soy Sauce
- Water
- Rice Vinegar
- White Onion
- Asian Pear
- Garlic
- Sesame Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds
Directions:

Prep the Ribs:
- Trim your short ribs if needed.
- Season the ribs generously with Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning. Let the seasoned meat sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Make the Marinade:
- In a blender, combine:
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
