Directions:
- Preheat your smoker
- Generously season the pork short ribs with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money and Sweet Money Hot Seasonings, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- Place the seasoned short ribs in the preheated smoker and smoke them until they’re 75-85% cooked through. This usually takes a few hours, depending on the temperature of your smoker.
- Remove the partially cooked ribs from the smoker and carefully slice them up. Place the sliced ribs in a foil pan.
