Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning

Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning

Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning 
- 
Onions 
- 
Cheese (sliced) 
- Lettuce
- Brioche buns
- Thousand Island Ranch
- 1 Egg
- Butter
- Tomatoes
- Pickles
Directions
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions and shape into burger patties, slightly larger than the buns. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking. 
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness (internal temp of 160°F for well-done). Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt. 
- In a pan, sauté sliced onions with a dash of worcestershire sauce and season with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning 
- In another pan, cook your 2 eggs and season with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning
- Butter and toast your buns
- Mix thousand island ranch with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning for the sauce
- Assemble the Monster Burgers: - Spread the sauce generously on both halves of the toasted brioche buns. - Layer the bottom bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. - Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by caramelized onions and crispy bacon. - Finish with the top bun and gently press down.
