Directions
Take your leftover pulled pork and season with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot and Big Poppa’s Competition Stash.
Mix ½ block of soften cream cheese with the pulled pork.
Cut puff pastry into 4x4 squares
Fill puff pastry with a tsp on of pulled pork and then fold into a triangle.
Cook on drum smoker at 350 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the smoker and then top with Big Poppa’s Granny’s sauce and serve.
