Ingredients
- 1 bone-in-ribeye

5 tablespoons Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow Beef Rub

6 tablespoons Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Steak Rub
- 1.5 sticks of butter
Directions
- Preheat grill
- Season bone-in rib eye with Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow Beef Rub & Double Secret Steak Rub (to taste)
- Rub in seasoning and allow it to “sweat” for 30 min
- Make Double Secret Butter: using a pot, melt butter, add 1 tablespoon of Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Seasoning and whisk
- Place bone-in ribeye on a grill
- Grill bone-in ribeye for 15 min each side
- Baste rib eye with Double Secret Butter on each side before the end of the cook
- Once the internal temperature of the meat reaches 125F, sear until desired results are achieved
- Give the rib eye a final baste with the Double Secret
