- Leftover Beef Cheek
- Tortilla

Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno
- Rice
- Beans
- Salsa
- Onions
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Butter
- You can add any of your favorite toppings to this burrito that you wish.
Directions
- After you heat up your griddle with oil, then place your leftover beef cheek on the griddle. While that is reheating, then proceed with the following:
Prepare scrambled eggs and season with Big Poppa’s Jallalujah Jalapeno
- Then heat up beans and rice and tortilla
- Combine all items in your tortilla – rice, beans, salsa, scrambled eggs, onions, avocado and top with your beef cheek
- Then wrap up your burrito and then use a pat of butter to create a golden brown on the tortilla
- Cut and serve and top with any additional favorite toppings.
