Tossed with veggies and layered between melted cheese and golden tortillas, these crispy tacos are a flavor explosion with every bite.

1 lb ground turkey
1 pack Siete Taco Seasoning (mixed with water as directed)
1/3 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 jalapeño, chopped

Flour tortillas
Mexican style shredded cheese
4-style shredded cheese
3–4 tsp salsa
Mexican crema
Shredded lettuce

Directions

Preheat the Griddle – Fire up your griddle and let it get hot. Oil it lightly once it’s ready.
Cook the Turkey – Place ground turkey on the oiled surface. Season generously with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño and Lime Seasonings.
Add the Veggies – Toss your chopped onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño on the griddle. Season those too.
Brown the Meat – Chop and break up the turkey with a spatula, browning it evenly.
Combine & Season – Mix the meat and veggies together. Once browned, pour in the Siete Taco Seasoning mixture and stir to coat.
