Big Poppa’s Shrimp & Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- Shaved Brussels sprouts
- Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning
- Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Lime Seasoning
- Shaved carrots
- Shaved broccoli
- Shaved cabbage
- Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- Gochujang Chili Paste
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- Julienned white onion
- Julienned red bell pepper
- Shrimp on skewers
- Keto noodles
Directions:
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine a bottle of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce with a dollop of Gochujang Chili Paste.
- Add a few dashes of Low Sodium Soy Sauce and mix well.
Griddle the Vegetables:
- Preheat your griddle and lightly oil the surface.
- Toss in the shaved Brussels sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, white onion, and red bell pepper.
- Season the vegetable mixture with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold and Jallelujah Lime Seasonings.
Cook the Shrimp:
- Add the shrimp skewers to the griddle.
- Pour some of your prepared sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
- Flip the shrimp skewers to ensure even cooking on both sides.
Warm the Noodles:
- Add the keto noodles to the griddle to warm them up.
Plate the Dish:
- Once everything is cooked, remove the items from the griddle.
- Start plating by laying a base of warm keto noodles.
- Add a generous serving of the seasoned vegetable mix on top.
- Remove the shrimp from the skewers and place them over the vegetables and noodles.
Serve and Enjoy:
- Drizzle any remaining sauce over the dish for added flavor.
