Ingredients
- Italian Sausage
- Pizza Dough – Big Poppa loves using Urban Slicer
- Tomato Sauce (or Pizza Sauce of your choice)
- Cheese (shredded)
- Pepperoni
- Purple Onions (thinly sliced)
Directions
- Preheat your smoker, grill, or oven to 500F
- To make this cheesy goodness, spray your cast-iron pan with some non-stick cooking spray.
- Next, roll out the dough and set it according to the package instructions.
- Spread the tomato sauce, top with cheese, and proceed to add on the toppings: sausage (that you should first brown on the grill for roughly 10 minutes), pepperoni, and sliced onions. Feel free to get creative with your toppings!
- Bake at 500F for about 10-15 minutes.
- Allow some time to rest, slice and enjoy!
