Directions
Preheat your smoker to 300°F.
Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and trimming any excess fat to ensure even cooking.
Season the ribs generously with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot, allowing the meat to sweat and absorb the flavors.
Make the sauce by blending 3 chipotles (adjust to your spice preference), 1 cup of Blues Hog Chipotle BBQ Sauce, and 6 teaspoons of cherry jelly until smooth.
