Big Poppa’s Chopped Cheese

Get ready to experience a mouthwatering twist on a classic favorite with Big Poppa’s Chopped Cheese. Perfect for any barbecue or family gathering, this recipe combines the rich flavors of seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all packed into a toasted hoagie roll.

 

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Drizzle oil on your hot griddle.
  2. Add minced onion and season with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning; mix well.
  3. Place ground beef patties on the griddle and season with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning. Chop the meat and let it brown.
  4. Mix the beef and onions together.
  5. Toast the hoagie rolls on the griddle.
  6. Add cheese slices over the meat and chop them together until melted.
  7. Sprinkle Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning over the mixture and combine.
  8. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted hoagies.
  9. Add the beef and cheese mixture, followed by tomato slices and shredded lettuce.
  10. Wrap the sandwich in foil, slice in half, and enjoy!
