Big Poppa’s Old School Smoked Burger

Take your burger game to the next level with Big Poppa’s Old School Smoked Burger. Infused with the rich flavors of Big Poppa’s Cash Cow and Little Louie’s Seasoning, this smoked delight is a crowd-pleaser. Perfect for BBQ enthusiasts looking to add a smoky twist to their classic burger, this recipe is easy to follow and packed with mouthwatering goodness.

  1. Toast your burger buns.
  2. Preheat your smoker to 300 degrees F.
  3. Season the ground beef with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning and mix well.
  4. Divide the beef into 0.4 lb portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Press the meat into patties and season with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning.
  6. Place the patties in the smoker and cook for about 7 minutes or until they reach 113 degrees F.
  7. Flip the patties and continue cooking. When they nearly reach 145 degrees F, add the cheese slices to melt.
  8. Remove the patties from the smoker.
  9. Assemble your burger: Spread some burger sauce on the bun, add a base of shredded lettuce, a layer of sliced onions, the smoked patty, sliced tomatoes, kosher dill pickle chips, and top with the bun.
