Directions
- In a pan coat bottom with olive oil and then saute your onions and peppers until nice and golden brown.
- Then pull from pan and brown your beef and sausage in the same dish and season with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow and Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Garlic Pepper
- Season meat with cumin, chili powder, garlic seasoning, paprika, onion powder and then combine in your onions and peppers with the meat.
- Add your tomatoes and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- To serve place in bowl and top with your favorite toppings like Frito Chips, cheese, crema and peppers and serve with a slice of cornbread.
