- Jimmy Deans Ground Sausage
- 6 eggs
- Mexican Crema

Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning
- Red Medium Hot Taco Sauce
- Shredded Melting Cheese of your choice
- Buttered Biscuits
- Tabasco Hot Sauce
Directions
- Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and add a hefty splash of Mexican Crema, Red Medium Hot Taco Sauce, and Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning
- Whisk up the eggs and cook
- Take your ground sausage roll into balls then season with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning
- Take your sausage balls over to your stove and place a couple on a high heated cast iron skillet and smash flat into a patty.
- After one side has browed, turn over and add some cheese onto of the patty so it melts while the patty finishes cooking
- Remove patties from stove and start assembling your burgers by layering a cheesy sausage patty, some of Poppa’s deluxe scrambled eggs, and Tabasco hot sauce over the buttery biscuits
