Big Poppa's Pork Fajitas

Directions

1. Pre-heat grill/oven to 300F
2. Slice pork loin into half inch slices
3. Season pork loin with Big Poppa Smokers Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning (about 1 tablespoon per side)
4. Chop the peppers (red and yellow) and onion into thin strips (julienne cut)
5. Put peppers and onions in a foil bag
6. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Big Poppa Smokers Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning Salt onto the peppers and onion and add 3 tablespoons of butter
7. Pour 1/2 bottle of Chef Merito Fajitas Marinade into the foil bag
8. Seal foil bag and place in grill/oven for about 20 min at 300F
9. Take pork loin slices and place in smoker, leave until 90% cooked
10. Take pork loin slices off and cut into thin strips (julienne cut)
11. Add pork loin strips into foil bag, seal, and place back into the smoker for 8 min
12. Remove foil pack from grill/oven and plate
