Korean Style Pork Chops

Directions

1. Pre-heat smoker to 300F
2. Remove pork loin from packaging
3. Slice 4 even cutlets and trim off the fat
4. Season pork chops with Big Poppa Smokers Desert Gold Seasoning
5. Place pork chops into a plastic bag
6. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, honey, brown sugar and Tabasco Chipotle to create a marinade
7. Mix all the ingredients in the bag and set it in the fridge for 20 mins
8. Place pork chops in the smoker and cook for 7 minutes on each side
9. Remove and let them rest for 10 minutes
10. Place pork chops back in smoker and sear until an internal temperature of 145F is reached
11. Add more marinade to the pork chops to taste (don’t use the marinade from raw meat bag)
12. Add green onion, sprinkle sesame to taste and serve
