-
¼ cup cranberry sauce
-
2 tbsp pepper jelly
-
2 tbsp Granny’s BBQ Sauce
-
Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot Seasoning, to taste
-
1 egg (for egg wash)
-

Directions
Prepare the Jalapeño Glaze:
Heat a small pot over medium heat.
Add the sliced jalapeño and soften for a minute.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pepper jelly, and Granny’s BBQ Sauce.
Mix well and season with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot Seasoning.
Let simmer until slightly thickened.
Assemble the Brie:
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spray a cast iron pan with cooking spray and lay the pastry inside.
Place the brie cheese in the center.
Spoon the jalapeño glaze over the top and around the sides of the brie.
Wrap & Seal:
Fold the puff pastry over the cheese, trimming excess dough if needed.
Press the edges to seal tightly.
Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with more Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot Seasoning.
Smoke the Brie:
Preheat the drum smoker (or oven) to 325°F.
Place the cast iron pan in the smoker and cook for about 1 hour, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh fruit.
