Tender pork nuggets smoked to perfection and braised in buttery teriyaki sauce with pineapple chunks — the ultimate sweet and smoky appetizer!
Ingredients

1 pork butt (cut into steaks, then cubed into nugget-sized pieces)

Big Poppa's Sweet Money Seasoning
-
Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
-
Big Poppa's Competition Stash Seasoning

Teriyaki sauce

1 stick of butter
Directions
Slice the pork butt into steaks, then cube the steaks into nugget-sized pieces.
Trim excess fat, but it’s okay to leave a little for flavor.
Generously coat the pork cubes with Sweet Money seasoning.
Toss to coat evenly.
Preheat your drum smoker to 275°F.
Place pork nuggets on the smoker. Cook until internal temperature reaches 150–160°F (about 40 minutes).
Lightly season pineapple chunks with Sweet Money seasoning.
Set aside (you’ll add them later).
Once the pork reaches temp, remove and place into a half-sized foil pan.
Add in the seasoned pineapple chunks.
Scatter cubed butter throughout the pan.
Lightly dust the top with Competition Stash seasoning.
Drizzle generously with teriyaki sauce.
Cover the pan tightly with foil.
Return to the smoker at 275°F for about 45 minutes or until pork is tender (~204°F internal temp).
Remove from smoker, uncover, and drizzle with a little extra teriyaki sauce before serving.
Enjoy immediately!
