Ingredients:
- 4 x Tri-tips
- 1 baguette
- Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning
- Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning
- St. Elmo's Horseradish Sauce
- Korean Gochuchang Sauce
- Garlic butter
Directions:
- Pre-heat your grill.
- Trim tri-tips if needed.
- Season 2 of the tri-tips with Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning and set aside to let the meat sweat.
- Rub Korean Gochuchang Sauce all over the other 2 tri-tips and season with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning. Let sweat for 5-10 minutes.
- Take the tri-tips to your grill and check them every 5-10 minutes, flipping them each time. Repeat for about 30 minutes. Finish with high heat to get a nice sear. Pull at 138°F and let rest.
- Toast your baguette.
- Slice the tri-tip against the grain into thin slices.
- Spread melted garlic butter over the toasted bread.
- Spread some of St. Elmo's Horseradish Sauce on the bread.
- Add some of the tri-tip slices seasoned with Double Secret and top with the bun.
- For the tri-tip seasoned with Money, add some more Korean Gochuchang Sauce and sprinkle some more of Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning.
