Ingredients:
- 2 Packs of Taco Seasoning
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef
- Burger Buns
- 4 Blend Mexican Cheese
- Canned Tomatoes
- Water
- Medium Salsa
- Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning
- Shredded Lettuce
- Mexican Crema
- Tomato Slices
Directions:
- Prepare the Salsa Blend: Add 2 packs of taco seasoning, 1/2 can of tomatoes, and 2/3 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat up your pan and drizzle some oil. Add your ground beef and break it apart as it cooks. Once browned, add the salsa blend to the meat. Stir well and bring to a simmer before turning off the heat.
- Assemble the Bun Taco:
- Start with the bottom bun.
- Add a layer of shredded lettuce to act as a barrier.
- Spoon on the ground meat mixture.
- Drizzle with Mexican crema.
- Sprinkle 4 blend Mexican cheese.
- Add tomato slices.
- Top with the upper bun.
