Ingredients:
- Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning
- Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced sweet onion
- Cheese slices
- Burger sauce
- Kosher dill pickle chips
- 2 lbs ground beef
- Burger buns
Directions:
- Toast your burger buns.
- Preheat your smoker to 300 degrees F.
- Season the ground beef with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning and mix well.
- Divide the beef into 0.4 lb portions and roll them into balls.
- Press the meat into patties and season with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning.
- Place the patties in the smoker and cook for about 7 minutes or until they reach 113 degrees F.
- Flip the patties and continue cooking. When they nearly reach 145 degrees F, add the cheese slices to melt.
- Remove the patties from the smoker.
- Assemble your burger: Spread some burger sauce on the bun, add a base of shredded lettuce, a layer of sliced onions, the smoked patty, sliced tomatoes, kosher dill pickle chips, and top with the bun.
