Ingredients
- About 1/2 pound of ground beef
- The W Sauce

Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning

Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning

Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning
- Sliced onions
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Brioche buns
- Thousand Island Ranch
- 1 Egg
- Butter
- Tomatoes
- Pickles
Directions
Form your patty with the ground beef. Concave the center with your fist to assist with even cooking
- Add in the W Sauce as glue and smother all over patty
- Season patty with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning
- In a pan, sauté sliced onions and season with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning
- Pour the same W Sauce on the sautéed onions for more flavor
- Cook your burger patty – Big Poppa used the SnS Grills Drip N Gridde Cast Iron pan to get the perfect sear on these patties
- Throw on 2 slices of cheese on your burger patty when ready (it will finish melting as it cools)
- In another pan, cook your 2 eggs and season with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning
- Butter and toast your buns
- Mix thousand island ranch with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning for the sauce
- Assemble your burger: Add the Little Louie’s thousand island sauce to your bun, add lettuce (shredded), tomatoes, pickles, burger patty, egg, caramelized onions and top with the bun
- Enjoy!
