  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches 
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  4. Remove from the grill and slice
  5. Beat heavy whipping cream and sugar until stiff
  6. Cut pre-bought angel food cake into to two sections.
  7. Take bottom layer and add heavy whipping cream and top with peaches.
  8. Place second layer of angel food take and repeat the process.
