3 cups leftover turkey, shredded or chopped

6 cups chicken broth (or leftover turkey stock)

3 carrots, diced

1 onion, diced

3 celery stalks, diced

2 cups kale & broccoli salad mix

1 can white beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
Prep Ingredients: Chop all your veggies and shred your leftover turkey.
Sauté Veggies: Heat a large cast iron pot over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil, then sauté carrots, celery, and onions for 5-7 minutes, seasoning with Desert Gold and Little Louie’s Seasonings.
