Big Poppa’s Brisket Quesa Tacos

Looking for a delicious and easy-to-make recipe that combines the smoky flavors of brisket with the zesty kick of jalapeños? Look no further than Big Poppa’s Brisket Quesadilla Tacos! These tacos are perfect for any BBQ enthusiast or taco lover. With the perfect blend of Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning and Cash Cow Seasoning, this recipe brings out the best in your brisket, making it a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Directions:

  1. Preheat your hot griddle and place the jalapeños on a corner to grill.
  2. Add cubed brisket to the griddle and season with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño Seasoning and Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Drizzle taco sauce over the brisket and mix again.
  4. Once cooked, remove the meat from the griddle.
  5. Flip the jalapeños to cook on the other side.
  6. Add some butter to the griddle and place two flour tortillas.
  7. On one side of the tortilla, add some brisket and salsa, followed by quesadilla cheese. Fold the tortilla over.
  8. Grill the quesadilla until it reaches your desired crispiness.
  9. Remove quesadillas and jalapeños from the grill.
  10. Plate the quesadillas with the grilled jalapeños on the side.
  11. Stuff the quesadillas with queso fresco, onions, cilantro, salsa, and finish off with Mexican cream.
  12. Enjoy!
