Directions
Prepare the Potato:
- Place the whole potato in a ziplock bag.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potato and season it with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning.
- Seal the bag and shake it well to ensure even seasoning.
Season the New York Steak:
- Liberally season both sides of the New York steak with Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning.
Create the Onion and Mushroom Packet:
- Take a piece of foil paper and add unsalted butter, julienned white onions, and a sprinkle of Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s and Desert Gold Seasonings.
