I added this and Money to a TriTip. Smoked till 125 degrees IT and then reverse seared over direct heat till 140 degrees IT. It turned out Amazing.
I use this on so many things. If you really want a treat, lightly coat brussels sprouts halves with avocado oil in a ziplock then add this and shake. Roast in an air fryer until a bit crispy. Perfection!
Honestly, I don't know why I keep trying other brands. BP rubs seem to always be better than the other guys.
The flavor is good but be careful! The salt is a bit overwhelming compared to all the BP rubs I use.

Awesome seasoning I use when I'm making chicken wrap'd with bacon as appetizers. Just sprinkle it on after the pieces are wrap'd in bacon and smoke. Heaven!
Tennessee Red is a good finishing sauce and we use it as the base ingredient for a serving sauce that we make ourselves.
I really enjoyed the flavor. I was expecting it to be very spicy but for me, it had a subtle kick along with great flavor from the spice mix.
