Ingredients

• 1 bottle of sriracha sauce

• 1/4 cup Big Poppa Smokers Money BBQ Rub

Directions

1. Preheat grill/cooker
2. Trim excess fat off tri-tip, if desired
3. Coat tri-tip thoroughly in sriracha sauce
4. Liberally apply a heavy coat of Big Poppa Smokers Money BBQ Rub on tri-tip, repeat on all sides
5. Pat/press down rub on tri-tip, let rub “sweat”(allow salt to dissolve) for 5 minutes before cooking
6. Place seasoned tri-tip on a grill, cook in indirect heat for 15 minutes on each side
7. Move tri-tip to direct heat to sear, sear for 5 minutes on each side or until you reach an internal temperature of 130-140
8. Remove tri-tip from grill, slice and serve
