MAK FlashFire Igniter RetroFit Kit

Presenting the new MAK FlashFire Igniter, where ignition failures are a thing of the past. With this system, your MAK Grill ignites much faster than others, thanks to its unique vertical flange directing intense heat into the firepot.

Feel confident knowing that only MAK Grills feature the exclusive FlashFire Igniter, which reaches 2010°F in ten seconds. Made of silicon nitrate, a premium "space age" ceramic material, it’s impervious to moisture and corrosion-resistant, ensuring reliable ignition within 60 seconds and full firepot ignition within 2:30. Rated for 90,000 on/off cycles, it offers at least 20 years of service life.

This retro kit includes the igniter holder, 4 amp fuse, and a new fire pot designed to fit the flanged end of the igniter. Made in the USA, the FlashFire Igniter Kit is compatible with any older or newer models of the MAK 1 or 2 Star Pellet Grills & Smokers. Note that 2 Star Grills with serial numbers 790 and below, and 1 Star Grills with serial numbers 50 and below, will require a template. Please let us know at the time of purchase.
